Biography: Professor Rikard Lindgren

Rikard Lindgren is a Professor of Informatics at the University of Gothenburg, Sweden. He is also managing the Transport research group at the Viktoria Institute. His research has been published in European Journal of Information Systems, Information and Organization, Information Systems Journal, Journal of Strategic Information Systems, MIS Quarterly, and other journals in the Information Systems discipline. He was awarded the OR Society’s Stafford Beer Medal for the best paper published in the European Journal of Information Systems and Knowledge Management Research & Practice in the year 2003. Currently, Professor Lindgren serves on the editorial boards of Journal of Information & Knowledge Management and Scandinavian Journal of Information Systems.
